ProECUFiles Portal

Acceptable Use

Rules for professional, lawful and safe use of the portal and file service workflow.

Professional use only

The portal is built for professional workshop, tuner, garage, trader and technical vehicle-service use. Customers must provide accurate vehicle, file, diagnostic and intended-use information for each request.

Motorsport, off-road and export contexts

Some requests, including EGR, DPF, AdBlue, SCR and similar emissions-related file requests, may be suitable only for motorsport, off-road, export or other non-road use where applicable. Customers must not present these services as road-legal unless they have independently confirmed that use is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Prohibited use

  • Requests involving stolen vehicles, stolen ECUs/TCUs or unauthorised access to another party's vehicle or controller.
  • Unauthorised immobiliser, security, anti-theft or access-control bypass requests.
  • Fraudulent, misleading or illegal road-use claims.
  • Uploads containing malware, abusive payloads, illegal material or unrelated private data.
  • Attempts to access another customer's files, orders, wallet, messages or account data.
  • Abuse of revisions, chargeback threats, harassment, spam or any attempt to manipulate the credit ledger.

Review and enforcement

ProECUFiles may request more information, refuse a service, suspend access, cancel an order or preserve activity records where a request appears unsafe, unauthorised, fraudulent, abusive or outside supported service scope.
