SIA Proecufiles

ProECUFiles is a commercial brand owned and operated by SIA Proecufiles.

Customer account service

The portal is intended for workshops, tuners, garages, vehicle traders, vehicle-related businesses and capable private customers who need professional ECU services. By registering, the customer confirms that accurate account, billing and contact information is provided.

Account access

ProECUFiles, operated by SIA Proecufiles, may restrict, suspend, request additional information for or re-enable an account where needed for security, compliance, abuse prevention or service quality.

Prices, payments and ordering

Fixed-price products and services are charged in the explicit EUR or USD amount shown before checkout. USD is offered only where an approved USD price exists. The payment provider must independently confirm the exact amount, currency and merchant reference before fulfillment.

Selected services are reviewed manually before delivery. Their scope and monetary total may be provided in a customer quote. A browser return from a payment provider does not itself prove payment.

File review and delivery

Every order depends on the original file, vehicle data, selected service, customer notes and intended use. No exact power increase, response change or performance result is guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct vehicle, ECU/TCU, file, diagnostic and hardware information. Files are delivered through authorised account downloads only. ECU/TCU files are not attached by email.

Legal use and service refusal

Customers are responsible for ensuring that requested services and delivered files are used legally in their jurisdiction and for the relevant vehicle use case. Emissions-related or security-sensitive requests may be limited to motorsport, off-road, export, repair, recovery or other lawful contexts where applicable.

SIA Proecufiles may refuse, cancel or pause a request where the file, vehicle information, legal context, payment status, account status or requested outcome is unclear, unsafe, abusive or outside supported service scope.

Revisions and order statuses

Orders move through portal statuses such as draft, submitted, in review, in progress, waiting customer, completed or cancelled. After a modified file is delivered, eligible revision requests are handled through the order revision workflow.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This version does not state a contractual choice of governing law or forum. That provision requires qualified legal review. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights or rules that apply by law.
