Professional ECU Service FAQ

What to know before your first ECU file job

Understand the service routes, required technical data, payment rules and protected delivery model before you search, purchase or upload.

ECU workbench detail
01 What do I need for a file request?

Supply the original control-unit read, complete vehicle and ECU or TCU details, the requested solution and any relevant hardware, logs, fault codes or symptoms. Incomplete data can require additional review.

02 Can I search before uploading a file?

Yes. Use the vehicle and ECU search to find active original or ready-file listings. If no exact reference is available, start a custom request with the source file.

03 Are all catalogue files instant downloads?

No. Instant download appears only for an active listing with a valid private deliverable and the required account authorization. Missing-file and manual-service entries do not expose a download action.

04 What is the difference between original, ready and custom files?

Original files are unmodified references. Ready files are prepared solutions for an exact supported listing. Custom service starts with your source file and is reviewed for the specific job.

05 How do payments work?

Choose EUR or USD, review the exact monetary total and continue through an available provider. Provider confirmation is verified server-side before fulfillment.

06 Does one purchase unlock other file types?

No. Original files, ready tuned files and custom calibration are separate products with separate prices and delivery rules.

07 Are customer and delivered files sent by email?

No. Source files and authorized deliveries remain in the protected account workflow. Public pages do not expose storage paths, private filenames or unpurchased download links.

08 Can you guarantee an exact power increase?

No. Results depend on the vehicle, control unit, software, mechanical condition, fuel, hardware and supplied evidence. No universal output figure is promised.

09 Are emissions-related solutions road legal?

No universal legal claim is made. DPF, EGR, SCR/AdBlue, DTC and related requests are reviewed for professional, off-road, export or competition use where permitted by local laws.

10 Who can use PRO ECU FILES?

Workshops, tuners, dealer accounts and experienced private users with their own control-unit reading and writing capability can create an account. Dealer or reseller arrangements are reviewed separately.
